Many modern products now have embedded electronics — from simple blinking LEDs to interactive intelligence. We take your product from concept through embedded digital design and full printed circuit board (PCB) layout, and beyond that to a full turn-key solution.
Schematic capture and PCB layout are done in Altium Designer, firmware is written for readily available PIC micro-controllers so production is never held hostage by a sole-source chip, and components are selected for RoHS compliance from the first prototype. When the design is approved, the Gerber data and design files are yours.
Technologies we offer
Micro-controllers
A single integrated circuit containing a processor core, memory, and programmable input/output peripherals — program memory on chip along with RAM. We program PIC micro-controllers, the most readily available chips for production environments.
Flexible Circuit Design
Originally designed as a replacement for traditional wire harnesses, a flexible circuit is a vast array of conductors bonded to a thin dielectric film — and their applications continue to grow exponentially.
Analog Design
Electronic systems with continuously variable signals, where the signal is proportionally represented by voltage or current — essential for sensing and interfacing with the physical world.
Digital Design
Digitally represented signals can be transmitted without degradation from noise — a continuous audio signal transmitted as 1s and 0s can be reconstructed without error. We design with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout.
Membrane Switches
A simple, durable way to add a user interface to an electrical system. We design the switch, the circuit behind it, and the graphic overlay — so your brand guidelines carry through to the panel your customer touches.
